Ordering Guide
How to Order
Ordering from Tenga Thailand is simple. We accept PromptPay and bank transfer. Follow the steps below and your order will be on its way.
Step 01
Browse & Add to Cart
Find the products you want and add them to your cart. When you're ready, click "Proceed to Checkout" from your cart page.
Step 02
Fill in Your Details
Enter your name, delivery address, and contact number. Double-check your address — we ship via registered post so accuracy matters.
Step 03
Place Your Order
Click "Place Order". You'll be taken to your order confirmation page, which shows your order number and the payment details you need to complete your purchase.
Step 04
Pay via PromptPay or Bank Transfer
On the order confirmation page, scan the PromptPay QR code or transfer to the bank account shown. Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it quickly.
Step 05
Upload Your Payment Slip
After transferring, go back to your order page and upload a screenshot or photo of your payment slip. This speeds up verification significantly.
Step 06
We Verify & Ship
Once your payment is confirmed, we'll send you an email. Your order is packed discreetly and shipped the same day if payment is received before 11AM (excluding Sundays). You'll receive tracking information once it's on its way.
PromptPay
Scan the QR code shown on your order page with any Thai banking app. Instant and fee-free.
Bank Transfer
Transfer to the bank account shown on your order confirmation page. Use your order number as the reference.
Your order will show as "On Hold"
This is normal. All orders are placed on hold until we confirm your payment. Once verified, your order status will update and we'll email you to confirm.
Common Questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders paid before 11AM are shipped the same day (excluding Sundays). Delivery across Thailand typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.
What if my payment isn't verified quickly?
Uploading your payment slip on the order page is the fastest way to get verified. If there's a delay, contact us at sales@thaitenga.com with your order number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at sales@thaitenga.com. We can make changes if your order hasn't been packed yet.
